為何這麼多人都總要強調要每天活得精彩呢？為何硬要把每一天的節目的填得滿滿的？為何總要喝果汁？可是，只要數算一下，為計劃下一刻的精彩，為定下明天的節目，為揀選飲品，就會知道這些刻意的行為傷了多少腦筋，虛耗了多少青春了！ 要活得精彩，就要懂得享受平淡。淡淡的一杯白開水，也有它的味道吧。「精彩」就是要學懂細嘗生活中的點滴，自然地過每一刻。要不然，多麼星色犬馬的生活都會淡而無味… |
